The client is an industry leader in property and corporate facility management services, with a portfolio of approximately 2200 million square feet across the globe. The client is an MNC with end-clients in 45 countries from over 700 locations and over 180 corporate offices globally. They are backed by 45 years of experience with over 15,000 employees.

The Challenging Factors

bulletThe client manages the facilities and administration of nearly 231 clients at approximately 1500 sites. The challenge lay in reaching out to the resources at the sites worldwide, thereby ensuring that they are closely connected, monitored and evaluated.
